Report claims deployment of autonomous radio-beacon network to aid interceptor drones over the Black Sea

A Telegram post claims an adversary is implementing the “Mayachnya” project to enable navigation and precise positioning of interceptor drones in the Black Sea area without satellite connectivity. It describes deploying an autonomous network of radio beacons on Skyline platforms along the coast from Ochakiv to Izmail to support tracking and recovery of drones and to counter reconnaissance UAVs used as relays in a mesh network.
