Ukrainian drone forces report strikes on Kirishi refinery and VNIIR Progress plant in Cheboksary, Russia

Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces said its operators, with other Ukrainian security and military units, struck the Kirishi (KINEF) oil refinery in Leningrad Oblast and the VNIIR Progress navigation-equipment plant in Cheboksary.
