China revises defense mobilization law to allow broader use of civilian resources including drone production

China updated its National Defense Mobilization Law, expanding legal authority to shift civilian economic and social resources toward defense in a conflict. Analysts cited that this could include taking control of capabilities such as drone production, alongside other civilian assets and infrastructure.
