Danish startup Blue Shadow plans autonomous USV swarm to intercept UAVs near Odesa by 2027

A Danish startup, Blue Shadow, is developing a swarm of autonomous unmanned surface vessels intended to shoot down UAVs 10–20 km off the coast using guns, interceptor drones and missiles, with future EW planned. The company seeks Ukrainian MoD certification and says it aims to deploy a first squadron in spring 2027, with combat-condition testing planned in the Black Sea near Odesa.
