Drone attack reported on tanker NELSA at CPC offshore loading berth, causing fire and evacuation

A Telegram post claims a drone struck the tanker NELSA while it was loading at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) offshore berth VPU-1, causing a fire that was extinguished by crews and responders. The 22-person crew was evacuated by CPC tugs while the captain and chief mate remained aboard; the tanker reportedly stayed afloat and CPC suspended loading again.
