Drone reportedly hits Southern Russia Aeronavigation building in Rostov-on-Don, disrupting air traffic

A Telegram post claims a Ukrainian UAV struck the “Aeronavigation of Southern Russia” building in Rostov-on-Don, described as a key regional air-traffic management center. The post says airspace over southern Russia was largely emptied and multiple airports were closed under NOTAM restrictions through 11 May.
