European firms to test loitering munitions in Sentinel Strike competition in Portugal

A European initiative plans a competition to accelerate development of combat drones, where five companies will demonstrate loitering munitions under identical conditions. The trials are planned for autumn at a training range in Portugal, covering launch, target search, strike, and results assessment.
