Explosive unmanned surface drone reported to detonate at Constanta port, Romania

A Russian milblog claims an unmanned surface drone (BЭК) exploded in Romania's port of Constanta and that Romanian media reported four additional USVs spotted offshore. The post alleges the drones drifted into Romanian territorial waters after a control failure and says authorities evacuated the area before the blast.
