General Staff reports strike causing fire at Lukoil Nizhny Novgorod refinery and damage at Yaroslavl-3 station
Ukraine’s General Staff claimed a strike hit the AVT-6 primary oil processing unit at the Lukoil-Nizhegorodorgsintez refinery, causing a fire. It also reported preliminary damage to four storage tanks at the Yaroslavl-3 oil pumping station in Semibratovo, Yaroslavl Oblast, Russia, plus other strikes on command posts and UAV control points.
