Moscow oil refinery halts processing after reported Ukrainian drone attack
A Ukrainian drone attack reportedly caused Moscow’s oil refinery to halt processing for safety reasons, with recovery expected to take several days. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said 12 people were injured, mostly construction workers.
