Report claims overnight UAV attack hit Sevastopol power substation, causing widespread outages in Crimea

A Telegram post claims that overnight Ukrainian forces attacked the "Sevastopol" electrical substation, leaving Sevastopol without power and causing outages in Yevpatoria, Saky and Dzhankoi. An alternative claim in the same post says a power plant in Balaklava may have been hit instead.
