Report claims Russian strikes using UAVs and precision weapons hit Ukrainian port infrastructure from 10 July

A post citing TASS claims Russian forces conducted multiple group strikes using precision weapons and UAVs against port infrastructure in Odesa, Chornomorsk, Izmail and Yuzhne starting 10–11 July. The claimed targets included warehouses with military cargo, fuel tanks, loading racks, pumping stations, equipment and command points, and it alleges at least 28 vessels were hit in ports and at sea.
