Report claims Ukrainian drone strikes hit vehicles near occupied Bakhmut and Soledar

A Telegram post claims Ukrainian drones struck vehicles in the area of occupied Bakhmut and Soledar. It says opposing mobile evacuation teams are extracting killed and wounded from burning cars and transporting them to an underground hospital.
