Report: Four UAVs struck dormitory of Starobilsk Pedagogical College, causing casualties

A Russian milblog reports that Ukrainian forces attacked the dormitory of the Starobilsk Pedagogical College late at night using four drones, causing a fire and major damage. The post claims 4 people were killed, more than 40 wounded, and around 10 may be trapped under rubble; rescue work was reportedly paused due to fear of repeat drone strikes.
