Report says Russian drone dropped munitions on a pedestrian in Kherson’s Korabelnyi District

A Ukrainian Telegram post reports that a Russian UAV dropped munitions on a civilian pedestrian in Kherson, in the Korabelnyi District on Karantynnyi Island in the Dnipro lowlands. The post says the footage was circulated by a pro-Russian channel allegedly linked to the Russian 18th Combined Arms Army.
