Report says Ukrainian UAV strikes hit area during capture of Colombian fighter near Staritsa

A Russian milblog claims Ukrainian drone operators struck the area as Russian forces evacuated a wounded Colombian national captured near the border settlement of Staritsa in late April. The post alleges one other captive died from UAV strikes while the Colombian survived despite continued drone attacks.
