A Telegram post claims operators of the "Rubikon" center conducted drone-related combat activity on 28 August 2026 across Donbas, the Krasnolyman, and Sumy directions, including remote mining of Ukrainian logistics routes and FPV air-defense engagements against Ukrainian UAVs. It also claims coordination with Russia's Aerospace Forces to strike Ukrainian UAV launch/control positions and reports 163 targets hit.
