Russia introduces mechanism for private firms to fund procurement of anti-UAV weapons for assigned military units

A Russian report says a new mechanism allows private companies to purchase heavy-caliber weapons and equipment intended to counter UAV attacks, including anti-aircraft guns, turrets, special vehicles, and radar. The weapons would be accounted for by military units to which regional anti-UAV detachments are assigned, aiming to expand mobile fire groups.
