Russian FSB says it foiled attack at Ust-Luga port after finding mines; underwater drone used to inspect tanker

A Telegram post claims Russia's FSB and other agencies prevented an attack at the port of Ust-Luga after two magnetic mines were found attached to the hull of a gas carrier that arrived from Antwerp. The post says an underwater drone and explosives specialists inspected the vessel and the devices were removed/assessed.
