Russian unit reports shooting down Ukrainian drones and capturing UAV components in Zaporizhzhia Oblast

A Russian unit (270th Regiment, 42nd Guards Division) claimed it shot down 30 Ukrainian UAVs in August in Zaporizhzhia Oblast and nearly 100 since the start of the year. The post describes recovered trophies including drones labeled “Hornet” and “Leleka,” a Starlink modem, and engines, and says some captured drones are rebuilt for reuse.
