A Russian milblogger claims that from 1–18 August there were at least 48 strikes on Ukrainian fuel infrastructure (fuel stations and refineries), concentrated in Sumy and Kharkiv regions. It alleges a combined strike on 16 August against the Kremenchuk refinery using Iskander-M, FAB with UMPK, and Geran drones, and notes use of Geran/Gerbera, FPV drones and Lancet loitering munitions in other attacks.
