UAV attack in Samara Oblast reported to kill 1 and wound 3, including a child

A regional governor reported that a UAV attack in Russia's Samara Oblast killed one man and wounded three people, including a child. Residential buildings and an industrial enterprise were reported damaged, and emergency services were working at the scene.
