Ukraine announces creation of deep-strike command focused on long-range drone attacks on Russia

A Russian milblog reports that President Zelensky said Ukraine created a command for long-range influence/deep-strike operations aimed at reducing Russia's war potential. The post also describes formation of unified rapid reaction forces integrating assault, drone, artillery and other components under centralized control and logistics.
