Ukraine MoD to introduce licensing and rewards for military-developed frontline technologies
Ukraine's Ministry of Defence plans a transparent licensing mechanism and reward system for servicemembers who develop technologies for the фронт. At least 25% of licensing revenue would go to the military authors, with the remainder funding defense innovation and IP protection.
