Ukraine reports Russian drone attack with 131 UAVs; 107 shot down or suppressed

Ukraine's General Staff reported that Russia launched 131 attack UAVs (including Shahed-type and other drones) overnight 27–28 July. Air defenses said 107 drones were shot down or suppressed, with 16 impacts across 9 locations and debris falls at 6 locations; the attack was ongoing as of 08:00.
