Ukraine reports strikes on Cheboksary plant, Samara refinery, and tanker WEST Horizon in the Black Sea
Ukraine's General Staff said that on the night of 10 June 2026 its forces struck a navigation-systems plant in Cheboksary (Chuvashia), the Kuibyshev refinery in Samara, and the tanker WEST Horizon in the Black Sea, causing fires and damage.
