Ukraine reports strikes on Moscow refinery and multiple fuel and logistics targets in Russia and occupied Crimea

Ukraine's General Staff claimed that on the night of 18 June 2026 Ukrainian forces struck the Moscow oil refinery in Moscow Oblast, causing multiple fires, and hit the "Gukovo" oil depot in Rostov Oblast. The statement also reports strikes on bridges, a command post near Soledar, and fuel/material depots in Mariupol and other locations, plus confirmed damage from earlier June strikes on oil infrastructure in Yaroslavl, Volgograd, and Krasnodar regions.
Reported multiple impact points and a large fire at the Moscow refinery (at least five burning points). Reported fire at the Gukovo oil depot. Additional reported strikes on bridges, a command post, and fuel/material depots; earlier strikes reportedly destroyed or damaged multiple storage tanks and pipeline infrastructure at named facilities.
