Ukraine reports strikes on Moscow refinery and multiple military sites in Russia and Donetsk region
Ukraine's General Staff reported that on the night of 16 June 2026 Ukrainian forces struck the Moscow Oil Refinery in Moscow Oblast, causing damage and a fire. The statement also claims strikes on command posts and depots in Donetsk Oblast, plus targets near Tula, Rybinsk, and Ivanovskoye in Russia.
