Ukraine's General Staff reported that on the night of 13 June 2026 its forces struck an oil preparation and pumping facility near Kotovo in Russia's Volgograd region, causing a fire. It also reported strikes on enemy command posts and UAV control points in several locations in Ukraine and Russia.
