Ukraine reports strikes on oil terminal near Saint Petersburg and Kronstadt base, plus other targets

A Ukrainian General Staff-linked Telegram post claims Defense Forces struck the "Saint Petersburg" oil terminal and the "Kronstadt" basing point in Russia's Leningrad Oblast, reporting fires at both sites. It also claims a helicopter was hit in the Sea of Azov and multiple other targets were struck in occupied areas of Ukraine, including a bridge near Stanytsia Luhanska and facilities in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
