Ukrainian drone attack reported on Kerch Peninsula and Kerch ferry crossing; casualties and terminal fire

A Telegram report claims a nighttime Ukrainian UAV attack on the Kerch Peninsula killed 4 people and wounded 28. It also alleges an attack on the ferry “Panagiya” at the Kerch crossing and a fire at an oil terminal in Chushka, with debris falling on private homes in two municipalities.
