Ukrainian drones hit Moscow oil refinery and other targets in Russia, causing injuries and damage

Ukraine launched a large drone attack on Moscow, with several drones reaching the Kapotnya-area oil refinery and causing fires and minor damage to a shopping center, while additional damage was reported in the surrounding Moscow region. Separate Ukrainian drone strikes were reported in Belgorod and Rostov regions, including fatalities and fires at commercial facilities.
