A Ukrainian prankster, Yevhen Volnov, reportedly gained access to a closed videoconference of Russia's Ministry of Industry and Trade department overseeing unmanned systems and robotics. The call was allegedly ended quickly after remarks comparing Ukrainian rapid UAV production to Russian budget spending.
