U.S. Apache crew rescued after being shot down by Iranian drone near Oman coast

Gen. Dan Caine said two U.S. Army AH-64 Apache crew members were rescued after their helicopter was shot down by an Iranian drone near the coast of Oman on June 8. The recovery reportedly included the first known U.S. use of an unmanned surface vessel (Corsair USV) in a personnel recovery/search-and-rescue mission.
