US Marine Corps fields unmanned NMESIS ROGUE-Fires launchers during Balikatan 2026 in the Philippines

During Exercise Balikatan 2026 in the Philippines, the USMC 3d Marine Littoral Regiment deployed the NMESIS system using unmanned JLTV-based ROGUE-Fires vehicles with simulated anti-ship missile launches. Systems were airlifted to remote islands in the Luzon Strait, including Basco in the Batanes Islands, and then exfiltrated after roughly 72 hours.
