White House-linked order reportedly slowed Starshield service used by Ukraine for drone operations

Sources told Defense News that an order from within the White House led the Pentagon to slow SpaceX Starshield service used by Ukraine for battlefield communications and drone operations. Ukrainian officials said military-grade Starlink/Starshield receivers stopped working on fast-moving platforms, degrading drone guidance and complicating strike and interceptor-drone missions.
