Zelenskyy announces framework for exporting Ukrainian weapons including drones via “Drone Deals”

Ukraine’s president said the government approved directions for intergovernmental “Drone Deals” to enable production and export of Ukrainian drones and other weapons, with simplified permitting while keeping export controls. Exports would be allowed only after Ukraine’s armed forces receive required quantities, and certain countries would be banned from receiving exports due to ties with Russia.
