4th Barracuda SSN delivered with new SYCOBS CMS and new-gen EW suite

France’s 4th Barracuda-class SSN (De Grasse) is delivered with an updated SYCOBS combat management system and a new-generation electronic warfare system compared to earlier boats. This represents an incremental but notable capability upgrade in submarine sensor-fusion, threat detection, and electronic support/countermeasures.
