CSIS proposes offensive doctrine to hunt Chinese carriers with subs, missiles, USVs/UUVs

A CSIS report advocates flipping U.S. carrier-defense thinking into an offensive campaign to make Chinese carriers prohibitively risky to deploy, using an 'ambush belt' of manned/unmanned submarines, land-based anti-ship missiles at chokepoints, air-launched anti-ship missiles with satellite ISR, EW/cyber disruption, and USV swarms against ports. It also proposes a major force-structure shift toward parity between manned and unmanned vessels (300/300), implying expanded UUV/USV procurement and allied basing for naval drones.
