Lockheed unveils PAC-3 Edge interceptor with new seeker and multi-pulse motor

Lockheed Martin introduced the PAC-3 Edge, an upgraded Patriot-family interceptor featuring a new seeker, improved flight controls, and a multi-pulse rocket motor to better engage advanced and hypersonic threats at longer ranges and higher altitudes. While not yet described as fielded in combat, it represents a notable new variant aimed at modern air/missile defense needs highlighted by Ukraine and Middle East demand.
