NATO tests FPV-like wheeled UGVs for recon, resupply and mine attacks

NATO’s Crystal Arrow exercise in Latvia trialed small wheeled unmanned ground vehicles (notably Ark Robotics’ Ark-1) as a ground analogue to FPV drones, used for reconnaissance, resupply/CASEVAC, and delivering a 15 kg anti-tank mine into positions. The novelty is the deliberate integration of UGVs into maneuver and OPFOR tactics (including no direct troop-to-troop contact) to evaluate battlefield advantage and inform doctrine and procurement.
