P-8A crews task MQ-4C Triton via OMS/UCI with autonomous execution

Boeing and Northrop demonstrated a common C2 architecture (OMS/UCI) allowing P-8A Poseidon crews to send machine-readable tasking directly to MQ-4C Triton, which then autonomously plans/executed the mission and reports back. This reduces reliance on distant ground control nodes and speeds retasking in dynamic situations, while also leveraging onboard AI processing to triage ISR data.
