Poland launches first Miecznik-class frigate Wicher (Arrowhead 140-based)

Poland has launched Wicher, the first locally built Project 106 Miecznik frigate based on the Arrowhead 140 design, marking a major modernization step from its aging Oliver Hazard Perry-class ships.
