Report: Russia may launch Gerbera drones from commercial ships in Mediterranean

The report describes a suspected Russian concept of operations to conceal small Gerbera-type UAVs in shipping containers aboard commercial vessels and catapult-launch them from international waters to strike coastal targets. If real, it represents an escalation in maritime-based UAV launch methods using civilian shipping as a covert forward launch platform, complicating attribution and air-defense warning time.
