Russia authorizes private firms to buy air defense and anti-drone systems

Russia is formalizing a new homeland-defense approach: allowing private companies to procure air-defense/anti-drone equipment (AAA, radars, EW, vehicles) and threatening temporary state takeover of infrastructure that fails to implement protection or rapid repairs after drone strikes. This represents a doctrinal/organizational adaptation to sustained deep-strike UAV campaigns amid military air-defense shortages, shifting counter-UAS burden to industry and mobile fire groups.
