Saronic launches Marauder medium unmanned surface vessel prototype

Saronic unveiled and began on-water trials of its first Marauder MUSV, a long-range autonomous/remote-supervised unmanned surface vessel with modular containerized payload capacity. The novelty is the combination of endurance (claimed 5,400 nm), large payload (150 t; up to four 40-ft containers), and an end-to-end autonomy-focused design plus a fleet software platform for human-on-the-loop monitoring and intervention—aimed at scalable production rather than one-off prototypes.
