Talks on Ukraine co-producing Patriot interceptors incl. cheaper PAC-3 variant

The post reports negotiations for Ukraine to manufacture some Patriot components domestically with final assembly in Europe, and possibly receive permission to produce a cheaper PAC-3 variant. If realized, this would be a new localized production/supply-chain model for Patriot interceptors that could affect availability and cost over time.
