Ukraine approves 2030 concept for rocket forces and artillery development

Ukraine’s General Staff approved a mid-term (to 2030) development concept for rocket forces and artillery, prioritizing a modern artillery reconnaissance system, optimization away from worn Soviet-caliber guns toward domestic production, and expansion of long-range strike. The concept also calls for completing development and serial production of indigenous ballistic and cruise missiles, aiming—together with unmanned systems—to enable strikes out to 2000 km.
