US to field Patriot + Enduring Shield layered air defense battalion on Guam

The US Army is standing up a new Guam-based battalion combining Patriot with IFPC/Enduring Shield (AIM-9X interceptors) and integrating them via IBCS for 360-degree, layered cruise-missile/drone defense.
