USCG OPC cutters to receive Kongsberg Promas integrated propulsion

Kongsberg Maritime will supply its Promas system—integrating rudder and controllable-pitch propeller—for the next four USCG Heritage-class Offshore Patrol Cutters, aiming to improve thrust and reduce energy use.
